Your 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you buy online as a consumer in the UK, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days starting from the day after you receive your products, without giving a reason.

To cancel, email us at saeedaliinlife1@gmail.com within that 14-day period, stating that you wish to cancel and giving your order details. If you cancel, you must return the products to us within 14 days of telling us, in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.

Exceptions

Your right to cancel does not apply to certain products, including:

• Products that have been personalised or made to your specification;
• Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery where the seal is necessary for health or hygiene reasons;
• Products that have been used in a way beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, where a deduction may be made for diminished value.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at saeedaliinlife1@gmail.com as soon as possible, with your order number and, where helpful, a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, and we will cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or wrong items.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the products, unless we tell you otherwise. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the products until they reach us.

Returns address

Please return products to the following address: Office 2202, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, GB.

Please do not return products to the London registered office address unless we specifically ask you to.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned products (or, for a cancellation, once we have received the products or proof of return, whichever is earlier), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. For faulty, damaged or wrong items, we will also refund reasonable return postage where applicable. Delivery charges for the original order will be refunded as required by law; where only part of an order is returned, the refund will be calculated accordingly.
